Celebrating a BIG Win…
Krista Beavers

I planned. I persevered. I finally DID IT! My Dress Your Business for Success DIY course is complete and LAUNCHED!

(You can check it out here if you're curious.)

I created the course to empower small business entrepreneurs and startups who aren't quite "there" yet ... those who aren't yet ready to outsource their accounting and bookkeeping.

Because I've seen first-hand what happens when a business's accounting and bookkeeping systems aren't properly set up. The mistakes can be costly. And I want to help as many people as I possibly can avoid that.

I had a vision of making small business accounting as easy as organizing your closet, with bite-sized deliverables presented in easy-to-understand terms. And the final result is all I'd hoped for ... and more! I'm so freakin' proud! What I learned through the process is that it's okay to ask for help. More than being okay, it's necessary to ask for the help you need.

This was a big project with a lot of interconnected parts. And because of this, I also learned that clear communication and setting expectations and deadlines upfront with all of the others involved is crucial.

I definitely learned a lot through the process. But I think the biggest win isn't that the course is done and launched …

The biggest win is who I've become in the process.

And who I've become is ready for an even bigger and better 2023!

As we close out the year, I encourage you to celebrate your own wins ... both large and small. Consider what you've learned. Reflect on who you've become in the process. And get ready - with me - to make 2023 an amazing year.

SUCCESS TIP OF THE MONTH

It is as we develop, adjust, and engage that we learn to overcome obstacles and face new heights.

I am sure many of you, like myself, started off this year with many plans and goals for yourself or your business! As you take time to reflect on the year, you may recall that some you knocked out of the park. Congratulations! And others, you may have set aside and forgotten about.

For those that were not achieved, there may have been many good reasons - or not - to have let them go. For whatever reason, it is important to not beat ourselves up about them.

This past year did have its ups and its downs. But in all honesty, what year hasn’t? Not everything goes according to plan, and frankly, I am glad that my path has shifted along the way this year.

It is as we develop, adjust, and engage that we learn to overcome obstacles and face new heights. I leave you with this quote…

“You’ve finished the race that was this year strong, it’s time to welcome a new challenge.”
